Here, it has been dramatically improved.........we went almost 2 FULL weeks with temps in the high 100's to 110's..........

it seems as though things have cooled off allot........please.......let us know!

here in zurich-switzerland we *finally* had a bit of rain.. it cooled down a bit and, even more important, the air is no longer so dirty (we had ozone values well over the limit)

nice, glad to hear it.............

I know some places in the us are still "GETTING" it............but I think that the "worldwide" freakshow has calmed down a bit........

It's cooled off, we're back into the usual flow of nice days, foggy mornings, nice days, foggy days. If you look at a map of CA there's a HUGE central valley running down the middle of the state (eyeknow up in Sacramento is kind of in that valley). When that gets HOT (110+) it draws in ocean air over the bay area, which turns into fog and cools the air, then that air hits the central valley cools it off, the fog backs off, it all heats up again and the pattern starts all over. Right now we're headed into our best time of year, perfect weather, not hot, no clouds.
