I've noticed a major lack of action on this forum recently. whats up with that?
It was as if someone shook up a 6 foot can of blood soda and suddenly popped the top.

actually I personally have had more crashes with beta 8 than the previous versions. beta 6 and 7 were very solid for me but beta 8 crashes here and there. not alot.. but it does happen.

It's always quiet at the weekend, i suspect most people only post when they should be working ;)

Too busy being productive here, but I like to stop by for a quick look every once in a while.

yes I'm seriously thinking I have to start taking the laptop in another room WITHOUT the modem - it's just to easy to start to get bored with something tedious and wander of....firefox....thunderbird....Index....talk shit......

I've been taking my iBook to the coffee shop in the gym across the street lately to get stuff done. It's got a great balcony overlooking the golf course and forest.

When I switch it on, it asks me if I want to connect to the gym's WiFi... resist... must resist... need to get something useful done...

yeah, I've been thinking of getting a few extension leads together and taking it down to the hammock in the back garden

this time of year is about perfect in S.E. Queensland - just after the slightly chilly bit, just before it starts to get unbearably hot

something quite nice about the thought of working in a hammock! :D

In NYC one can only dream about hammocks. :|

It's late August... third quarter... this is the time to be quiet.

I haven't noticed it.

I always turn my wireless router off when working on music now (and moved it to another room to maker it harder to turn on), way too easy to start checking emails/forums and before you know it, you've lost two hours.

Take this morning for instance :)

Everyone's too busy to post...

Since they're all playing with the Live 6.0 beta. Which explains why I'm replying to your post--I'm waiting to get into the beta testing pool!

:)

I do work insane amounts of hours but when I am home my girlfriend is sleeping (we are on total oppossite scheduals right now) so my only option to pass time is watch a movie with headphones or shoot the shi* on forums.
