BT - This Binary Universe.

Post by robtronik » Tue Aug 29, 2006 6:25 pm

Now out on iTunes. Sounds really interesting. Its been hyped for quite awhile so I'm excited to give it a listen. The previews sound good.

Sounds like he's really transformed his edits into a more musical sound now, which is good.

Released today, btw.

rob, thanks for the heads up!!
I will be buying this the day it comes out...I need some soul music right now, and the title seems most appropriate to me today. My mom passed away 2 days ago and I'm getting married in 3 weeks. Binary universe indeed...

My friends went to his CD/DVD release last night in Chicago. It was at a movie theater where BT debuted the movie, then did Q&A after. My roommate was impressed with the album but I've yet to hear.

Wasn't it supposed to be all analog?

no problem. Sorry to hear of your loss.

On the flipside, congrats on your nuptiuals! Welcome to the club. :)

This album is definitely an introspective album that is lush and quite affecting if you let it. I think it stands as one of BT's best.

Man, this album is awesome. I love it.

The DVD with videos and 5.1 mix is amazing too. Really Really great stuff and extremely inspiring (for me at least).

every interaction with him that I've had has always revealed to me that he's a really nice guy.

super enthusiastic about it all. And when I mean, I mean everything. He's such a wonk and obviously super talented. Good for him.

Cheesy? Well, yes we all have our moments, don't we? :)
