for some reason when i plug in either of my keyboards if i play c it goes up to c# and the scale goes from there...
it has to be some sort of software problem but i dont know where to begin?

What model might help. If you have a manual look for "Software Reset". Sorry im not trying to make you sound stupid.

Sorry, just realised you have 2 keyboards. What platform are you using? win or mac?

Is it like this on other software apart from ableton? If it is try reinstalling your drivers form both keyboards(or your midi device).If not, your have to reinstall Ableton.

mac so the drivers are already set. and its just using ableton.

Try reinstalling ableton.

you might be playing the right notes but not nessscarily in the right order
