waves with live v3?

i am running waves 4.01 on mac os 10.2.8 and live v3 is not recognizing it... anybody using this?

Go to the waves website and download the updated Waveshell (V 4.01).Then copy and paste the waveshell into the live VST plug-in folder. That should do it!
