Inreasing/decreasing midi note stretch!

Post by ze2be » Wed Nov 29, 2006 1:34 am

Midi note stretch is great!

However it would be much more usable if one could apply increasing/decreasing spead curves of choise. Then one could make more interesting organic rolls and shuffles. Thoughts?

Also a reletive length adjustment ,unless I missed something the length knob only has an absolute effect (the same on all notes) it would be nice to be able to set it at 50% and every length is halved.

Well, you can just switch on snap to grid, and it works already.

When you set snap to off, you can scale freely. Could be cool if one could also get increasing or decreasing speeds say when you pull the mouse up and down.

I like the way in Logic you can stretch the notes to the desired length without haivng to change tool, and then drag them.
