Newbie Question: Why is Library/Clips/Beats empty?

Newbie Question: Why is Library/Clips/Beats empty?

Just wondering why, when all the other clips folders are full of nice clips, the Beats folder is empty as default?

Did I mess up my installation or is it deliberately empty so I can - god-forbid - fill it with my own beats?

<bump> Any ideas? Just concerned if this is a bug or if I messed my installation up somehow...
