I'm totally styck and need some help...
I picked up a mobile pre usb yesterday and am trying to record my first track.
All my connections seem to be fine but I just dont know what to do to start.I've looked in the help book but it seems to go straight to taking tracks from elsewhere.
I'm only interested (for the time being) in recording acoustic guitar and voice.Is there a really basic FAQ I can read or can someone help me out?
I thought I was doing the right thing but I'm getting no sound...

In session view do the following:

- In the lower part of the channel strip select from In Type "Live In".
- Then press the lowest button to make it turn red. That's the record ready button.
- If you have any input the meters should move by now.
- Press any of the clip triangles in the upper half of the channel strip. It turns solid red and records.

Note: If you want to record for the length of a song you have to set quantize to "None" (Options menu or CTRL+0).

PS: Just in case: to stop recording you have to press Stop
