I know at first this seems like a real obvious question but I've been trying to figure out how I can solo JUST the send/bus track without the originating track playing with it.
I want to fine tune reverb on the send but it's harder when the original track is playing over it.
Naw'mean?
Is it possible to solo a send channel with JUST that audio?

Re: yep
but doesnt this defeat the purpose of parallel audio? i want to place a neve 1081 and 1176N compressor on a bus for drums and if i wanted that to be the sole track, then id place those effects on the main channel in the first place. I want both for character.piZMo wrote:i second jerryc "choose sends only as the output of the original track".
parallel compression is the way when you're using the 1176N...
@ Mike: Thanks, didnt really think of that. As a pre, the volume on the track wont disallow the send from being fed audio. That should work.
