They were just standing there tweaking. You didn't really see what they were doing. There should have been more details.
And the music was not so good...

I have come to the same conclusion... for now.
I don't have the money! The Novation Remote SL controller looks great too.
Have you checked that out?

So far I've been fine without a mixer and it was only when I wanted a Kaoss Pad 3 that I suddenly needed a mixer/multi out sound card.

It still looks great...

yeah, i'd love one, but you could get what, 6 sl0s for what it'll cost, so, no way can i justify it...

For those, like me who cannot afford the zero 8 or could do with less I found this PHONIC HELIX BOARD 12 FIREWIRE MKII audio interface and mixer which looks pretty cool and it is really inexpensive.

There's a larger model too.

The NRV10 is review in this months sound on sound BTW. Got good marks, a lot different than the Zero8 though as you say.

true. i thought the idea of the nrv software hosting vsts as insert effects was interesting though. made me think you could write max apps and compile them as pluggos to use in it. maybe (or maybe not. it'd be cool though).

Prices? My opinion... Zero4 approx 1200 USD, Zero8 approx 1600 USD.

Out of curiosity, which do you prefer? The Korg Zero4 or the A&H Xone 3D?
