ot - forgot a name of the drawing program

hey eveybody!!
i think maybe a year ago or a bit less i randomly found a link to a program with that you could do some cool loopy visuals,..they were colorful and rotating... i think you could set some point of the image,select the color,and then let it draw itself.. yeha not much of a description i know.. maybe it some kind of agorithmyc animation creation program for windows.. it was really simple,and it was freeware.. and maybe some letters in the name were avcr or.. or something like that and name as like 8 letters long.. maybe shorther...im not sure.. maybe it was for websites to create cool visuals and stuff. i think you could export them as avi files too...
and so i really would like to know its name..
