I never use automation but the automation called "Mixer: Speaker on" keeps showing up. It's cluttering the overview...
Is there a way to turn off the automation view permanently?
cheers!

in the drop down box where it says "mixer", click it to select "none".

"next" time? save your template so automation is hidden. if it's in your project, you'll have to hide each track and then press save

for info, the automation shows up on a track when you click on a parameter (dry/wet, rate...); it's a clever and easy way to select the automation you want to edit instead of going thru the automation menu.

Actually I often hate that feature. Many things I just want to tweak and don't care about their arrangement envelopes. Usually I want to go back to the envelope I was working on before, and if I've touched something else in the meantime, it's gone

Hi,
Just a quick note: I believe that, in Live 6, if you choose 'show Automated Parameters only', both your problems would be solved.
