ipod / itunes

When I import a CD into itunes, the tracks show in the correct running order yet when i sync my ipod to itunes and transfer the tracks onto my ipod the tracks dont play in order...? Anybody know what im doing wrong...

I've had this problem but never really bothered to track it down. Have you tried searching iTunes or iPod support forums instead?

I always use playlists and if you drag and drop an album into a play list in the right order it will stay in that order.

the way to do it is make the album a playlist, and then make sure u sort the playlist by track or album. it works like a charm

Surely the tracks should just play in the order they are meant to play for f*ucks sake. You know, a simple procedure made tideous. Why do these people just make simple things complicated.

Having been a mac user 10 yrs ago I was quite disappointed when I started using iTunes it is not very user firendly and had to call a friend after trying for 45mins how to convert wav---->mp3... Being Apple software it is much to be desired...
