Wow...that's ad walks the fine line...I'm suprised it was actually put out by a company like VW...I mean, the racial/religious backfire implications...pretty gutsy...pretty freaking funny though

Great commercial. It might air if it was a Chevy or Ford truck parked in front of a church, car blows up, pan to Tom Brady smiling, the F-18s fly overhead, fireworks go off, all's well, cue that fucking John Mellancamp 'This Is Our Country.'

This was a viral internet ad from a few years ago, so VW can get away with it. I think they somehow got some 3rd party to make it so they couldn't be held responsible.

I was totally right about the Snickers commercial - and I'm right about this one too

Viral for the win. Noone pays attention to tv-ads anyway - but when they're on youtube it's *totally different* [/valley girl accent]
