Not in this lifetime.

A market opportunity out there for someone...

Wasn't there a little app that was distributed on the FutureMusic cover disk? Needed some work (i.e., didn's support 24 bit files).

well im about to commence the arduous process of rearranging my library.

i currently keep all my samples in a completely independent folder from ableton. do you think its better to keep all your samples in ableton's library in some other sub folder you create?

im hoping this helps ableton find missing samples if they are in your library but they were just moved around.

well i tried both media monkey and xplorer2. xplorer2 sucks because you cant define your own media player. wmv 11 which has been installed and cant be uninstalled is rubbish and takes too long to load. so thats what xplorer 2 uses.

media monkey however seems almost perfect. instant playback, and i just roar through my library moving samples around. however is there a way so that when you play a file in a directory it only plays one file, and doesn't enque the whole dir?

Weird I was going to post this same question in the media monkey forum but firefox was blocking some pic security, and I also had the same issue with xplorer2. Seems like this should be pretty basic in media monkey though.
