Yeah, I saw the Clavia Wave.
I´m not sure, a hardware sampler with knobs ?
Thought the time for hardware samplers was over...

Steinberg have released a version of Acid (or Live?) called "sequel" , it apparently has 'live performance features'.

Interestingly it is marketed as a "lamer's introduction to music making, without the requirement for talent" according to the press release.

yeah.. what a way to announce it..
Sequel packs professional Steinberg audio technologies into one, incredibly intuitive “one-window” system that will get any PC or Mac user producing their own hits in just a few clicks – even with no previous knowledge of music or production! Over 5000 loops and 600 instantly playable instruments offer a huge armory of material to produce songs in almost any of today’s styles.

hhmm..
if it's red and swedish, I like it..

though I think it's not something you can load 2 gigs of multilayered stuff into..

it's probably more like a wavetable synth..

Hmmm. This doesn't exactly qualify as "wow" factor:
* CD burning provided using iTunes (pre-installed on Macs, free download for PC)

Kenton has a booth.

Are they showing the Killamix DJ or the DM01?

when they were trolling my ideas on how to change live's arrangement.. they hit the nail on the head EXCEPT THEY GOT IT BACKWARDS!

instead of clips being arrangement ranges, arrangement ranges should be drvied from scenes...

oh well .. NEXT

Well the Behringer BCF2000 has a new "paint job" ----it looks a whole lot better and now even more worthy of a buy, IMHO:
