The Covert Operators are proud to present: Espionage!

Espionage is a free selection of presets for Ableton Live 6, collected from our past and future projects.
The Espionage pack contains select patches from:

- SoundWrecks
- Surgical Tools Vol 1

as well as sneak peeks at an exciting range of products that will be announced soon:

- The Muses: Covert MIDI Effects.
- The Muses: Covert Audio Effects
- Constructs

Note: Live 6.0.3 or higher is required to use this pack. The pack is not compatible with older versions of Live.

- Click here to go to the CovOps HQ

Stay tuned for more details on the above projects.

Technical notes:

The samples used in the Constructs presets are socalled “Meta Files”.
Meta files are a special format that Ableton silently introduced with Live 6 - data files that can be used in Live as single cycle waveforms. The Covert Operators are the first to leverage this new technology and you are the first to see it right here in Espionage!

For now, there will be more than enough to explore our sound in this pack.
In the coming weeks, we will have a look at some of the unique content in Espionage!

I remember briefly playing with the Meta Files myself. Wasn't a Max/MSP patch used to create the Meta Files? And they don't have any aliasing if I can recall. Great work Covert Operators!

Thanks all,

yeah, there is (virtually?) no aliasing, so the sound is really clear, more synth-like.

I am really excited about our new stuff coming out, and it is incredibly hard for a "sample" download to do the scope of these project justice. We just hope you like it, and we're totally thankful for your support.

Cheers!
