anybody ever use the Evolution UC-33 SPECS

Post by darkcatt » Tue Apr 17, 2007 8:04 pm

I was thinking about picking one up to lessen my mouse use.

any feedback?
Computer games don't effect kids... If Pacman affected us as kids, we'd all be running around in darkened rooms munching magic pills and listening to repetitive electronic music

Buy a UC-33. They're good.

I was actually thinking about getting rid of mine - nothing wrong with it, just not using it so much & I have some other gear to buy. PM me if you're interested.

The pots are too small and close together and it feels kind of plasticy, like if you were going off on one and tried to rattle a pot it feels like it might fly off. Used one for around a year to DJ with , for what it did it was fine, but i wouldnt buy another again.

Despite plastic-ness, and lack of BCR style universal rotaries the UC33 is still pretty unique at the price they're going for, if you need a mixer style controller. If faders, and lots of knobs is what you need (i do) its does the job. Mine has been great, never cocked up live and Enigma is a quite powerful editor...
