im relatively new to live and i bought one a couple of months ago cause its small and portable. no complaints at all for the price i paid for it. its a nice little piece of gear.

The pots are too small and close together and it feels kind of plasticy, like if you were going off on one and tried to rattle a pot it feels like it might fly off. Used one for around a year to DJ with , for what it did it was fine, but i wouldnt buy another again.

Despite plastic-ness, and lack of BCR style universal rotaries the UC33 is still pretty unique at the price they're going for, if you need a mixer style controller. If faders, and lots of knobs is what you need (i do) its does the job. Mine has been great, never cocked up live and Enigma is a quite powerful editor...
