hi,
due to a gear exchange i'm going to receive a microkorg this evening.
what can you tell me about it?
is it any good for basses? pads?
and the programs? there are only 128 presets? am i right?
i will see by myself this evening but i just wanted to have some information before....

hi man the microkorg is ace ive had 1 for about a year!! you can make your own sounds very easy ! the bass sounds are earth moving !! and the pads are ace to i mostly use it for just bass these days tho the vocoder is great fun too !enjoy man :wink:

Me new stuff is about 80% done with the micro korg. The sounds are easy to change and edit and overall its a great product! Enjoy!

just one more question, 128 presets only... is that not a little limited?
can i edit the presets with an external editor? and store soundbanks on my computer and bulk them to the microkorg?

Yes..there is a free downloadable external patch editor which does what you want.
MacBook Pro M1, 16GB Ram, 1TB.
