load extra sound

Im just after buying a cool new plugin from lennar digital but cant seem to get the extra sound banks loaded,im already after e-mailing lennar digital support and they said you have to load them through your daw.Does anyone know anything bout this ?

What kind of plugin is it? Are you loading it in Ableton? Maybe their support isn't understanding the problem or question because I'm not really either. Can you give some specifics?

The plugin that i got comes with 128 presets loaded into already,but ther is another 500 presets that come with the plugin but are not loaded in yet.What im basically trying to do is load in the other 500.

O and yes im using ableton and it is a vst plugin
