i'm trying to get ableton to send me an invoice for Live through my paypal account, so i can actually buy the thing. i emailed 'customer support' with my details again this morning, after failing to get a reply to the last email i sent them last month.

has anyone here actually purchased live through the paypal or wire transfer option?

every time i've emailed them with any questions they were very quick to get back to me (1 - 2 days). maybe they didn't get the first email?

Total OT but I got the PayPal Debit card for these exact reasons. I can use it just like any debit card online and no need to hassle with online stores that dont take PayPal.

Just a thought for the future :)

those things are amazing, you put one end against your beak and speak into it and the other end goes to your ear and you can hear them, all the way from berlin...its amazing!

they have to be at the office to answer the phone, however :P

Hi,

HAve you got an answer now? Have you, indeed, tried the phone? It could be that your email has been seen as a spam, for some reason?

 the annoyance of wives is also more likely to follow you around and continue to ruin your day at the most inopportune moments if you have a mobile

I choose not to carry a mobile
