I'm still using 6.1.1 no need to upgrade as far as i see but i do have 1 question.
Do the new updates have song preview? I don't want to have to open each song file just to hear what the beat sounds like. Is this feature available in the updates? Can it be added?

This is not possible in Live 6.
A workaround is to make sure you render each song when your done, and keep it in the project folder with the set. Then you always know where the latest version is to preview.

presumably the reason to use 6.0.7 would be the long list of bug fixes
I assume you mean 6.0.1
