linking keyboard impulse

hi,

I was wondering if it is possible to link your keyboard to the play buttons in impulse , so my numeric pad would act a little bit like a trigger finger .
It doesn't look like it's possible cause you can't really assign midi or keys to them but i want to be sure .

that's no problem to trigger the pads from impulse with a keyboard.....you must setting the midi connection right and the first note is c3 to trigger the first pad

sorry , i mean my pc keyboard so the keys :" 1 , 2 , 3 ... " would act like a drum pad instead of asd....
