from now on tarekith, you are Rocky in my mind
LOL, I actually live in the suberbs, and pretty much all my exercising is done on nature trails in the middle of nowhere. Not a building or person in sight :)

Theres a few miles of path along the river right through the city center of edinburgh... its pretty stunning for being in the city center. A wicked run or walk - lovely in the summer.

I have no employment though, So I have lots of time, and I am trying to push that miles up to 140/week in 90 days

I make 5- 6 beats per day

Yeah, the VAPO is where it's at!

So, to sum up the critical points:

1. Excercise
2. Eat Right
3. Take Drugs

Cyberdude can relate!

I live in Tijuana, Mexico and work two jobs in San Diego.
The morning commute is brutal.
Up at 4:30am out the door by 5am just to make it to work by 7am.
Leave 1st job at 3:45pm.
Work 2nd job until 8:30pm.
Arrive back at home at 9pm.
Have dinner, enjoy a little time with the wife and kid.
Begin work in the studio until whenever...
Sleep and repeat.
Friday and/or Saturday nights I work in a wide variety of nightclubs ie. Baby Rocks, Balak's, Tangaloo's, Papas and Beer, Club Maya's and Iggy's.
Sunday's=100%SLEEP.
I rarely get out of bed before 2-3pm on Sunday's.
I spent several years in the Marine Corps but this schedule is almost as grueling.
My solution is to get a SENTRI PASS to speed up my morning commute.
Get more sleep.
Get more exercise.
Improve my nutrition.
Lighten up on the alcohol.
Your thoughts?

I am a vitamin atheist.
This is not your ordinary supplement; If you are looking for mental focus and energy boosts, I don't know anything better.

This is the best kept secret of the aztecs (I think):
Spirulina

Look into it, if you really mean it.
(Red Bull is unhealthy man, don't do it.)
