The Ableton Theft Saga

Post by Hyperion » Fri Aug 31, 2007 8:18 pm

Every second counts... This company wants me to go down on my knees and beg for unlocking my legal copy of Live 6. Still no response on my request to delete my previous activations so that that I can use my one and only install of the software I paid money for. Welcome to the new age of greed and mistrust of the customer. Ableton forces me to use a crack while my anger rises. Don't buy Live or upgrade, because there will come a time when you will be forced on your knees too... To be continued...

I deeply apologize in case the poster is real(though in that case he shoul look for other kind of assistance then internet forum), in any case it is the most entertaining post of the month, if not ever.
Neb, I am sorry you lost your distinguished position on this forum, you are no match.
Anyway after reading that precious insight I will definitely avoid Rotterdam and not even think about calling or mailing Ableton support.
I still remember those days/nights of getting free coupons for Mojitos and Pinacolladas from Ableton/M audio.Looks like marketing dept is focusing on new user groups, Akai and MPC will become history, with byatches on their knees and free crack surely Ableton Live will take over the hoods.
P.S. I am seriously thinking about additng to my Ableton t shirts- "...forces me to use crack while my anger rises"

Whenever I had unlocking problems, they were solved in half an hour.
Maximum.
Never had any issue with the customer support, slick efficiency.
