I think dave comes up with some cool guitar riffs - like jimi thing for example. He has a very percussive playing style that I like.

His accent is South African by the way. He grew up there.

how can you hold a guitar and play a song with 'jimi' in the title and be as boring as that? what's 'jimi' about that song? unless you mean 'sucks my jimmy'.

'jimi thing' is slang for condom.

I like Dave's riffs and playing because of the way he uses the percussive quality of the agtr and also his unusual chord voicings. You can really hear this stuff on the acoustic records.

Thanx for the link I wasn't previously aware of this "artist", imagine being locked in a lift (elevator) for 24 hours with him, James Blunt and two acoustic guitars.
