Newbee user, few questions

hey everybody, had some questions hope you can help me with

1. In arrange mode when you highlight a clip and copy with ctrl+c (PC),
why doesn't ctrl+v to paste to the next block?

2. when you record a session mode jam to turn it into an arrangement, i noticed that repeating loops show up on the arrange page as one long line that can't be split or cut. noticed there's no toolbars like eraser either? any work arounds? all i can think of is to mark sequence points and redraw the track.

3. noticed the keyboard command (alt+F then A) doesn't allow to save as...does anyone know if they'll be updating the drop down menus for stuff like this?

1. after you ctrl+c just click in the cell you want to paste to then ctrl+v

2. there is a split command, check the manual forgot the page

3. ??????????

1. instead of copy/paste, what you want to do is highlight the section you want to use, then hit ctrl-d (duplicate) - this will copy the selection to the arrangement right after the end time of your selection. you can hit ctrl-d as many times as you want to and it will keep adding on....
