dammit, those new instruments are a bit expensive, IMO.
I wonder what the upgrade price is for Ableton Suite for owners of Sampler + Operator?
I checked the link for it, but it's all in Japanese....(?)

edit:nevermind, somehow my language settings got changed...
The upgrade paths are priced pretty well I think. I like AAS stuff...

My initial impression is that $459 dollars for the upgrade with the instruments is pretty high. What does everyone else think?

Other then that... I almost stood up and screamed "Hell yeah!" when I read this first post. I don't think that would have gone over too well in my Psych class.

64-bit engine!
Built in sidechaining!
Built in frequency analyzer!
Video export!
Drag and drop REX support!

MULTIPLE AUTOMATION LINES PER TRACK!!
Time sig changes!

YES!!!!!!!!

Can I have it now please? Looks like Ableton has been listening.

Audio Engine Fact Sheet + MIDI Engine Fact Sheet =
That should put an end to all the speculating and bitching about audio engine quality!
