my Analog presets, till now..

Post by Poster » Mon Oct 08, 2007 12:50 am

since the factory presets are not included yet,
I've been doing some tweaking to get to know the synth.. what a beast!

about 60 presets, both single device and racked..
mind you, very rough, unpolished stuff..

have fun..

dropped them in my Live 7b2 library, they work!!

C:\Documents and Settings\<your login name>\My Documents\Ableton\7b2 Library\Presets\Instruments\Analog

lots of freaky cool pad sounds in there, playing chords brought movement in the patches. most of them have long releases and lasting LFO FX, digging it! 'Poster's post' is my first Analog preset dir.

lemme_out!!!! lol some of these racks push my cpu over 225%!

glad you like em..
yeah mostly evolving pads and FX stuff..
powerleads and basses are rather easy to do so I only experimented..
the LFOs are really nice if you use the delay and attack sliders..
gives you some pretty nice surprises over time..

I even came close to the filth my MS20 can puke..
Analog has real character, almost like real analogs; irregular, quirky..

bad ass synth..
only minor thing is that it clips very fast..

My AAS collection is very cool.
I added the Ableton/AAS analogue to the beta down load and played with it some,,
It woks well enough that i'm gonna get the cross grade for the actual AAS synths
the AAS collection is the only set of plugs i haven't cross graded to my intel mac from my PPC G5,, i think i might have to drop the bread next week,,,
Ultra analogue is one of my favorite go to synths when i'm plugged into my G5,,,

Awww, common guys. post some audio snippets for those of us missing out on all the fun will ya? Gettin' jealous over here...

Those few audio clips on the analog product page just aren't holding me over anymore. :(

Thank you nice people.
