Sampler - Drag'n Drop WAV file across keys

Post by MarkH » Tue Oct 09, 2007 3:23 am

Maybe I missed the memo..is there an easy way to take a series of different WAV files (drum samples) and "drag'n drop" them on Sampler and have them map correctly? Or do I need to drag'n drop them and set each root note one by one? I have a bunch of one-shots I want to map acros the keys, hopefully by just dragging and dropping.

Thanks,

There is a function "distribute ranges equally" which helps a bit.

That function gets a bit of improvement with Live 7, in that you can define the range over which it distributes..
