NEW COMPUTER

Im getting a new computer and the spec is as follows,its a dell inspiron it has a Intel® Core™ 2 Duo E4500 Processor (2.2GHz,800MHz,2MB cache,2048MB 667MHz Dual Channel DDR2 SDRAM [2x1024,250GB) and a (7200rpm) Serial ATA Hard Drive with 8MB DataBurst™ cache.I just like to know what are peoples opinions are and the spec of the computer,should i be looking for something a bit more powerful.cheers mike. :)

The Q6600 sells for $280. It is the best value in computing. Anyting even slightly faster than the Q6600 costs twice as much.

so.............do you think this spec would be efficient enough.

I'd prefer an internal 5400rpm instead of the 7200rpm that will cause more heat in your lappie. Getting an external 7200rpm will do the job efficiently.
