If they have a store in your state, they have to charge tax... Is there an apple store in your state?

We have a few around us...need to get over to one..my stupid ipod just broke again. Anyone know what to do when it keeps skipping to the next song without ever landing on one (or playing it).

I find that that can cure a lot of what ails the modern iPod. What was wrong with it the first time? Same thing?

Yeah try buying from an online company who doesn't have a location in your state. Perhaps a seller on Amazon...macmall or something like that.
