Anyone else not get their Live 7 serial yet?

I upgraded to 6 about a month or ago during the "upgrade to 6 now get 7 free" promotion but I haven't gotten my serial number yet and I was wondering if anybody else has had this problem. I am wondering if takes longer for you to get your serial or something. Does anybody know? Haven't heard back from customercare yet.

Haved you tried going to the upgrades section and looking down at the bottom?
I just had to "buy" live 7 for 0 USD

That worked! Many thanks! Although I still don't have a serial number in my account. I guess we will see what happens after I install it.

the 'upgrade to 6 now get 7 free" was suppose to be available still today, no? I cannot seem to find the education form for L6 to buy, that way it only costs me $80 or whatever and then I can update to 7. Poor self-supporting college student unable to find the L6 form. Is it too late?

I swear I read that I would still be able to update to 6 today for the edu price.
