How to play my keboard
I recently got a M-audio Keystation 88es Keyboard and i installed the driver and Ableton Live on my computer. I push the keys on the keyboard and I don't hear any sound. I'm not sure how to configure or sync the keyboard with Ableton. Is that even possible? Please help! Thanks!

A quick look in the manual will tell you something like this:
First make sure the midi signals from the keyboard get into Live. Check Preferences and enable input from the Keystation (it might be called something generic, like USB Sound Device). Now, when you press a key, a square will light up in the upper right of the screen.
Second, select a midi track, record enable it and make sure the correct midi input is selected.
Third, place a soft synth in said track. This is necessary to convert the midi signals into audio. Use Simpler if you don't have others, it comes with Live.
Good luck!

It's also in the manual, actually.
And in the lessons. Great place to get started in many areas.
BTW, there's a button in session view, near the bottom of each track. Turns red when you click on it.

open live,,
go to the help menu,,
there should be a command for lessons,
click on it and a panel will open down the right hand side of the live GUI,,
You should also have a master track already in any new session/set that you open,,
right next to that there are a series of buttons,,
Make sure the very top one that has I O written in it is lit,, and also the third from the bottom that has a small M in it is lit also,,
go to the insert menu and select insert midi track,,
about half way up the channel strip is the in out dialogue,,
go to the MIDI in dialogue and you should be able to select what ever midi ports are available,, these will usually become available if you have the appropriate drivers set up,, if your keyboard is a USB one then chances are live will see it by it's self,,
To check that live is seeing midi from your KB look up into the top right of lives GUI and you will see a small square with a D written it,, next to that are two smaller squares,, play your keyboard and see if the top one lights up,,
