Yeah! At last! ;-) Altivec - piewh! Cool with audio clip reverse, I won't need my Gibson Echoplex for that any more. I wonder if clip/sample parameters are now addressable by external midi control? The docs doesn't tell... Anyway, this is big.

Gerhard, you and the amazing Ableton crew are to be commended for hearing our needs !

Thank you for putting 'Live' in long pants. I am sure I speak for many who say we eagerly await a beta and then full realease of this awesome upgrade ! Finally we can work with cohesion in one application.

Cheers to the Ableton Team ! Drinks are on us !

Ableton,

Just wanted to say think I can finally give the boot to several other audio programs which were half measure solutions to all the "can't do this in this program" issues I was having. Simply having workflow improved by having everything I need to do available directly in LIVE is amazing! Thanks for truely showing what software can do for the music production world...

Thanks,
Orion Paradis

How much do you think this will be - I'm debating on unlocking my demo and getting 3 and then updating to 4 or will I end up spending more in the long run

should I wait to buy now?

This really looks cool - since they stepped it up you know everynody else is going to step up to the plate (Logic  )
