Right now i'm wearing boxers, socks, slippers and a bathing robe.
I was eventually at first wearing jeans and a shirt, but it kinda blocked me..
So lets see, does this depend on the genre you're working at?
Melodic trance with a housey aspect (moving basslines, swinging hihats etc, but trance chords and pikes for instance)

Yeah i noticed you seem to like those alot
Gotta admit, they are pretty comfortable. Probably close to a bathrobe :p
I usually only work out (here i talk running) in such though. For everything else, jeans and polo's work! Seriously. For work, for weightlifting, for casual club clothing, for concerts, for fine dinners and fine parties, for your grandma's birthday, at your friends 20yo' birthday party... Everything!
I just use different brands and styles though. For instance, if its a bbq party in the summer i'll wear something a bit sporty, with a few things on it. If its a fine dinner at a fancy restaurent, its a more expensive brand and probably "clean" in the design.
I found the solution!
the only place i can't wear that is when sitting here, working on a track. I also just got the bad habit of writing ideas down on paper so i got several pages laying around (its really cool though. I just use session view for the clips and write down on paper what i'd like in the arrangement and then do it later)

Jeans, tshirt (short or long sleeve) and socks (no shoes), always. Or if I do wear shoes, it's those puma or diesel sneakers that feel like a slipper. I gotta be comfy and loose, but not too comfy. I feel like shirts with buttons, the buttons or loose cuffs end up getting in the way.
If I have on sleepwear or just rolled out of bed without having a quick shower, I get TOO comfy and a lazy feeling. I think it's purely mental however, since it reminds me the state of mind of taking a sick day off from grade school.
