Wow, now that's really something, holy crap! It's like a mix of Autechre's Confield and BT's This Binary Universe, which says quite a lot! *orders dvd*

if he ever performs it again, go see BT do This Binary Universe live. it still remains one of the best live performances I've ever seen. I took a buddy who is mainly rock focused and had no interest in electronica at all. he left with a new view on life.

edIT's album "Crying Over Pros for No Reason" is really good. Haven't heard his newer stuff.

Wow, is it possible this is the first BT thread that hasn't degenerated into hairspray comments and flame wars? Scholars will be studying this thread for decades...

Murcof - Martes & the album Remembranza (simply wonderful IMHO).
Somewhere between a rock and a hard place is actually nowhere.

Sorry for the plug, but check out some of the tracks on my latest album, distant horizon. BTs album was a big influence when I was writing this. Lots of twitchy, glitched beats with circuit bent sounds and lots of dark orchestral strings etc.

You can download track 6 (Rise ) and track 8 (Helter Skelter) for free. let us know what you think. All made in ableton 6 btw...

End plug ;-)
