If the site is down for maintenance, etc, it's directed to the owner's (Out of My System) MixDepot page. Couldn't say why it's down though but Mark (OOMS) should be on it.

Yeah, MixDepot hasn't had any love in a looooong time. The forum spamming issue has been there for a couple of years now.
