Recording changes made in Reason to the arrangement

I have a number of tracks and scenes set up in Ableton with some of the clips playing a Subtractor in Reason.
This works great in session view as I can tweak the parameters on the Subtractor from my midi controller as I play through each scene.

But when I tried to record what I'm playing to the arrangement view the knob and slider changes I make in Reason are not recorded.

Is there a way of capturing this?

I basically want to capture how things sound when I play in session view so I can bounce the whole thing to a .aff /.wav file.

Set up an audio track to record from the track where you have the output of subtractor in live?
