zero 8 hiss?

the people over at sweetwater tell that the hiss in the korg zero 8 and zero 4 have been addressed and the ones that are being shipped currently are ok.anyone have a new one out there?

I would also like to know this - the supposed "hiss" was the reason I steered away from one in the first place

Here serial no 12xx never has this problem. So I supposed after serial no 12xx also might have been fixed already.
BTW, KorgUSA said the modification should be available in the immediate future. All modifications for ZERO8s purchased in the United States will be covered by KORG USA. These modifications will be performed at any Korg USA authorized service center.
