I like this a lot - cutting up this old cold war puppet flick (wtf?) made it really odd. Or should I say, "more odd".
A bit of a hard sound for me, too. There's a good Sampler trick hidden in there on the vocal sound, for the discerning listener.

the chopped up vocals are actually just one note being retriggered manually - no micro-editing has been done at all. The trick is to set up Sampler to modulate Sample Offset and/or Loop Start ( I forget which) with velocity, in the MIDI page, and then use a Velocity plugin in front to randomize the velocities.
Presto; Random slices out of one long sample.

I like that. I'm big on the old 'fracture funk' .
although, I'm the only person I know who can actually dance to stuff like this, perhaps I'm just surrounded by people with no rhythm
If you want an opinion, I'd throw a few more fast hard cuts into the visuals though ... just to make it match the drums a little.
It's inspired me to break out my visual apparatus and make a video myself. I've not done it because my main camera has died a nasty death leaving me with two CCTV cameras and a half-broken hi-8.
Time to raid the Prelinger Archive I think !

Nice track, thats a nice sampler trick too, reminds me of the same thing I used to do with an offset command on the miggy.
