Just got it a few days ago, love it! :)

The steering wheel sucks though, very unnatural/uncomfortable in my hands.

Now if they'd just come out with a proper Mario game, not just that stupid Mario Galaxy which I find both boring and literally nauseating...

Dammit, I need a Wii! When Mario Kart came out on SNES, no other game existed for the longest time.

12 player online on the new one.. it's a blast!

I've only had it a few days so far, but it's been wasting my time quite nicely.

And it's still virtually untouchable even now....haven't seen the Wii version but the N64's was a poor 'sequel' to the SNES version imo.

I'll have to look at the whole online thing for Wii, I honestly don't know how it works as I've never been interested. But racing online would be cool...I'll check it out this weekend if I have time.

A big +1 for Mario Kart. I'm stuck using the wheel as my girlfriend likes the nunchuk/wiimote combo, but you kind of get used to it after a while. The biggest problem I've found is that if you get overenthusiastic and turn the wheel too much to either side, it starts turning the other way. Still, it's a big step up from my last console - a Commodore 64.

love it. played every version thus far, really digging the retrofitted legacy tracks, the snes and gba levels look and play smooth... new tracks are fucking great. not crazy bout the wheel, but i've decided to use it until i get medals in everything (i need like three more)... then i'll switch to the nunchuck or wavebird for analog stick pwning. if i can get it on line, i'd love to play with you guys...

has anyone gotten 3 stars for all the levels? fucking blue shells

lets get some friend codes listed.
it looks like there is enough of us for some races.

i'v only gotten a single star on one level.
i haven't started 150 cc yet, i'm unlocking the expert ghosts first
all gold for 50 and 100 though.

jamester and dcease, it goes online really easy. much better game play there!

i'm not that good my vr is like 6500

there are fewer blue shells online.

yeah, cause YOU never get them, only the computer  have you tried two player teams with the old lady? if you are in fifth place overall, and first place for your color, you get creamed with blue shells. nothing like being in the mix, then dropping to 10th...ughhh!

i had it online b4, with the usb wifi stick, actually played mario kart ds online a bit, but afaik, that stick is windoze only, and that computer is done for... and i use a sprint usb modem right now, actually tried setting up a wireless network with the mac and the wii, to no avail. i'll dick about with it some more this weekend.

prolly will put in a landline soon, and git me some mega fast connection speeds. then i will slaughter you all :D

or get my ass handed to me...
