are you on Live 7? If so, yes. Look up page 176 in the manual.

I have Live7 but I cant find any information on 176 page also, when I click info button I saw information on mouse cursor.

I tried ProXL - VstNotes.

if I cant find notepad On ableton I will use this product.

right click on a track title, or the top of a plug, or a clip and choose - edit info text

this will open the info view as a notepad.. you can add notes to all sorts of things

Nice 1!!!! this will prove very helpfull to me...

it also works on scenes aswell as tracks i've just discovered :)

I wish it worked on items you clicked, and not just moused over. Or only showed help text OR custom text, not both...

see, all the OT stuff is good. If it wasn't for the OT you might not be around to catch the insights that are abundant here :)
