DJ software Plus Live

I need to combine my Ableton instrument racks with some kind of DJ setup, hopefully something like Serato or Ms. Pinky.

I want to mix in a record on a turntable and then have Live sync to the BPM of the playing track so that an instrument rack in Live can sync to it.
The purpose is that the LFO's or arpeggiator or whatever is locked in.

I'll only be doing one thing at a time, mixing or playing the instrument rack, so the system doesn't have to track the BPM madness that will happen during a mix.

It would be nice if the sync was automatic, but if I have to hit a button, then so be it.

What do I need to accomplish this?
