that's what scammers always say.BoryZee wrote:Please get off our thread Samplefreak..samplefreak wrote:your mistake here is not answering the questions as you offered and bouncing a fucking thread nobody is interested in every view minutes.
your mistake in general is that you're constantly running around trying to take advantage of people around you.
You've done enough damage..
We're working our tail ends off to meet every demand..
so relax..
i just want people to know that they should think twice about what you do.
since 3 years you're sitting on this little shitty trance song and trying to sell it - without success.
you refused to give any information and i had to tell the public who you are, who the singer is, etc.
you try to get some free remixes for a project that didn't pay off for 3 years now.
you're spreading your remix spam in every audio related forum on the internet. the abes really should close this spam thread.
wannabes like you are the reason why working in the audio/dance industry for me is a love/hate relationship since 20 years.
always babbling about your cool projects and nothing ever happens.
please let the thread die if you are the only person bumping it.
thanks for listening.

From the website:Noel wrote:I see no mention of royalties on your rules page - only a statement that anything I send you becomes your property. That's not very reassuring.

Donkey Shoite
i don't see how if someone sends you a track whether it be a remix or not that the song in whole becomes your property???
the only thing the label owns are the parts i.e vocals/acapella supplied to make the remix and any samples provided...
if i produce a remix for you are anyone else i own half of the rights to that track in that i/we arranged, changed, used my own sounds/plugins and gave that original track another dimension etc and in that track you supplied the acapella...therefore giving you the label a 50/50 cut of any profits made.
i agree with sample freak and some of the others on this one im afraid..
what is your label?
iv'e heard the vocal so NUFF said there..too commercial
also as Noel said...there's something not right about things here in that any song/remix someone sends you then becomes your property...that's a NO NO..
i would spar wide of this one..no offence intended it's just a bit shady
