do you ever just stand up and dance, it's healthy and good for the heart and soul. i try to dance a little bit every day.

Beer makes me dance. More beer, more dancing... not sure if it gets better or worse with more beer. :?

I love to dance, very therapeutic for me... I love nothing more than getting off my tits and having a good dance to some good techno. Don't have to get off my tits, but it really helps!
