Does look interesting. I'll be curious to check out some demos on YT.

Still, can't help but find the choice of "serious looking guy" a bit funny.

Is it really that difficult to beat Battery? I think I've used it twice and Guru, Microtonic, Addictive Drums, Live drum racks, and idrum I've used tons. Hm, sounds like it takes 5 drum instruments to beat Battery. That's not what I meant. Carry on.

Each Pad and each Slice has access to three individual Insert Effects, a four band EQ and two out of three Send Effects Racks
Each Send Effect Rack can hold up to 3 individual effects and a final 4 band (2 bands parametric) EQ
Each Insert / Send can hold one of these Effects Units: Stereo Delay, Filter-Delay, Reverb, WahWah, Flanger, Compressor, Multimode Filter, Bit Crusher, Gator

well it looks like it doesn't have it. i'd also like an onboard step sequencer, that's a shame, if not for those two features i'd buy it right now.

that doesn't mean that i don't think it is worth it , i think its an extremely nice looking tool, i'm just past grabbing up stuff that I'm not completely satisfied with.

that said.

who am i kidding, i'll get it one day. i love sampling and samplers too much to not have them alllllllllllllllllllllll

looks like they went head on after guru, oooh boooooy watch out angus.
but guru has it's own sequencer which is really nice as well as groove features plus parameter edibility down to the nutsack

I think I will be able to resist the alure of RMV if Ableton make one or two little improvements to Drum Racks in Live 8.

Also, I want to look serious, so I'm going to shave my head and grow a beard.
