scrolling between tracks and clips

i'm shure there is a post somewhere about that problem. i dlike to scroll without the mouse between tracks and clips. i cant find these buttons again to set them up by midi learn..in a very old version they just be there on the right in the master section.

there is no mouse assign anywhere.

midi assign - go into midi edit mode, look for the buttons below the scenes but above the Master/Cue track section. open the Help menu in Live's lower left corner to see what they do. you can assign them to keyboard strokes with keyboard assign, but no mouse.
