I remember when i was a happy logic 5 user on the pc and all of a sudden they said if you want to carry on using logic you must buy a mac!!!!!!!!

Apple are hilarious, first they 'upgrade' the FW chips in the MBP to Agere. MB is still fine.
People kick up a shit. So they stick the TI back into the MB and put the Agere into the MB, might force audio heads to get a MBP.
Not enough people biting ?
So they rip the FW port out of the Macbook.
Upgrade or you will be assimilated !!!
I got a 2.0 c2d with the TI chip and I'm fucked if I'm going to upgrade till I have to. Which might be about 2 years, by which time things will prob have moved on.

Obviously - he's taken a company from near-bankruptcy to industry leader in ten years. Apple have enough money in the bank to buy Dell outrigt now, one third of every dollar spent in retail on computers in the US goes to Apple. They're making more money on mobiles than Sony-Ericsson, and selling more iPhones than RIM sell Blackberries.
I think 'retarded' is the objective term for men who do that.
