Modern VA Analog with extra features
Zebra 2, NI Massive, SYlenth
Virtual VAs recreating ancient analog synths (but with few added bells and whistles, so no wavetables, extra filters or oscillators or hybrid features etc)
Arturia's softsynth range (i.e. Minimoog, Prophet V, Jupiter 8, CS80 etc) or G-Force Minimonsta etc.
FM Synths
NI FM8, Image Line Sytrus or Ableton's own Operator device.
Atmospheres, pads, wavetable synths etc
